Bishop G. Keith Blue

The term bishop comes from the Greek word episkopos which can generally be translated as overseer, and even chief, captain, principal, and ruler. Bishop Blue is currently Founder and Presiding Prelate of Perfecting Ministries Worldwide. He is founder and pastor of Body of Christ Church International of Columbus, GA.

He is an apostolic father in the documented lineage of the apostles Peter and James - even unto Jesus Christ Himself. Bishop Blue’s assignment in the office of apostle is first to preserve true doctrine as is illustrated in the Bible and then to establish, develop, and perfect the five- fold ministry by equipping and teaching the saints of God and sending out saints to plant churches worldwide with Christ as the Chief Apostle.

Bishop Blue was born in Miami, Florida. He is the father of five – Christopher, Christina, Antonio, Gregory J., and Kerry. His personal meditation is Psalm 66:12 “You have caused men to ride over our heads; We went through fire and through water; But You brought us out to rich fulfillment – abundance.”

Elder Jacqueline Winford Blue has been a member and director of choirs and ensembles for over 20 years. Her dedication to her gift has led her before numerous artists and many churches. She is a psalmist and a songstress, and the Minister of Music for Body of Christ Church International and Founder and Director of the One Body One Sound Mass Choir. She continues on her journey, forever seeking new ways to win souls for Christ through music. She is a mentor to both youth and adults and looks forward to continuing her ministry through song and speaking.  Her support scriptures include Proverbs 63 & 67, which give strength knowing that God will meet you in the sanctuary and the wilderness.  

Elder Blue along with the Voices of the Kingdom and the Levites have ministered at the  McDonald’s Choir Showcase, Verizon Wireless’ How Sweet the Sound, and with the  likes of Tramaine Hawkins,  Dr. Marvin Sapp, Dr. Norman Hutchins and Mother Burk of the Mississippi Mass Choir.  Believing God's vision for her home church, which includes linking ministries and bringing Christ worldwide, Elder Blue has traveled the nation and done concerts and workshops on worship and music. 

A native of Columbus, Georgia, Elder Blue enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with family. She received her B.S.N in 2011 from Columbus State University and is currently the Executive Director of  Kindred Hospice in Montgomery, Alabama

The Vision 

• A light in this community where signs, miracles, and wonders will follow. 

• A “linking” ministry working to unite members of The Body of Christ universal. 

• There will be no lack within the Columbus/Phenix City area. 

• Non denominational barriers as we confess that Jesus the Christ is OUR Lord and Savior and He is the Son of God. 

If the Baptist have a strong women’s ministry, and the Methodist have a strong children’s ministry, and BOCCI has a strong worship ministry, then we will all link with the Baptists to perfect our women and link with the Methodist to perfect our children and link with BOCCI to perfect our worship. Therefore, every ministerial area will be covered and the enemy can find no place, no lack, and no weakness within this earthly body. 

• Body of Christ Church International Campus or “City of the Lord” - a Christian city within the city that meets the needs of the surrounding areas so that there is no lack.  

The Body of Christ Church International is designed to be a resource to aid in the spiritual and personal growth of the community. We here at "The BODY"  take serving God's people with faith,love and passion. We act as a servant leaders in the community with partnerships with local schools,St. Judes Hospital,the annual spring shoe drive and collaborations with several other marketplace ministries that share in our love for Christ!
